3. Use of Industrial Codes (GTIP/NACE)
BiFirma specializes in trade discovery using industrial classification systems. Data associated with your company profile, specifically GTIP (HS Codes) and NACE Codes, is treated as public business information within the directory context to facilitate B2B matching.
However, analytical data derived from your search patterns regarding these codes is considered proprietary and is protected under strict confidentiality protocols. We do not sell your search intent data to third parties.
4. Sharing of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
